The ZF9HP48 PBW (Park By Wire) and PBC (Park By Cable) have different plunger valve diameters than Chrysler applications and should not be interchanged.

Fits units with .227" dia. plunger valve only.

Chrysler 948TE, Honda/Acura 9-speed and ZF9HP48 transmissions are equipped with an aluminum sleeve for the A and F dog clutch plunger valve. This material is prone to wear from valve plunger reciprocation. Failure of this sleeve results in a variety of shift problems and solenoid codes.
