We ship your ordered parts with UPS standard or UPS Express.
For some locations we can also offer Saturday delivery.
Would you rather have your order transported with your own carrier, no problem.
We ensure that your package is ready.
Payment afterwards, within 7 days:
1: SEPA direct debit
2: Bank transfer
3: PayPal
Contact your contact person within TPE and let us know what needs to be collected, and we will arrange for UPS to collect the package from the next working day.
On some parts you have to pay a deposit, which you will receive back when returned under the correct conditions. We do this so that we can overhaul these parts (or have them overhauled) and we maintain the exchange program and contribute to a cleaner environment.
Right of withdrawal
1. A Consumer can terminate an (online) purchase during a withdrawal period of 14 days without giving reasons, provided that:
• the product has not been used
• it is not a customised or special ordered product;
• the seal is still intact,
• the Consumer has not waived their right of withdrawal.
• please note: we do not take back electronical components
2. The withdrawal period of 14 days as mentioned in paragraph 1 starts on the day after the Consumer has received the last product or part of 1 order.
3. The Consumer can invoke the right of withdrawal via info@tpebv.nl.
4. The Consumer is obliged to return the product to TPE within 14 days after notifying TPE of their right of withdrawal, in default of which the right of withdrawal expires.
First of all, sorry to hear you are experiencing issues with your transmission. Please fill in our Warranty Request Form as thorough as possible, including fault codes and exact description of the failures. Our Support Team will carefully examine your request and will contact you directly to discuss the following steps together.
